Delete your account

PEAKNESS™ · Two ways, both permanent

In the app

Profile → Settings → Privacy & account → Delete account. It happens straight away and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email im@peakness.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We handle it within 30 days. We ask you to write from that address because it is how we know the account is yours.

What is deleted

Your account and everything linked to it: your profile and training preferences, your workouts and logged sets, your progress, goals and badges, anything you told your coach, and your analytics records.

Your subscription is the one thing we cannot end for you. It is billed by Apple or Google, and only they can stop it, so cancel it before you delete your account: on iPhone, Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Subscriptions.
