PEAKNESS writes your training session from scratch around your goal, your equipment, your week and what you actually lifted last time. If something isn't working, or a workout didn't look right, we want to hear about it.

It helps enormously if you include your device and iOS or Android version, and the date of the session you're asking about. If you're writing from inside the app, Settings → Contact support attaches those details for you.
Common questions
- A workout looked wrong for me. Tell us the date and what was off. Your training preferences drive every session, so it is worth checking Profile → Preferences first: your equipment, training days, experience and any injuries all change what a good session looks like.
- I need to change my equipment, injuries or goal. Profile → Preferences, at any time. The next session you generate uses the new answers.
- I can't sign in. PEAKNESS signs you in with a code sent to your email, or with Apple or Google. If the code hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.
- Managing or cancelling a subscription. Subscriptions are handled by the store that sold them. On iOS: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel or refund a store subscription on your behalf, but we can help you find it.
- How do I delete my account? Profile → Settings → Privacy & account → Delete account. It happens straight away and cannot be undone. Cancel your subscription with Apple or Google first, since only they can stop the billing. Full details, including how to ask us by email instead.
- A privacy or data question. Our Privacy Policy lists exactly what we collect and who receives it. If it doesn't answer your question, email us.
Reporting a bug
Send us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth several paragraphs. If the app crashed, tell us roughly when, so we can find it in our crash reports.
